I truly look forward to servicing you. Nail Policies and Procedures ~ $15 non-refundable retainer fee due at time of booking (Unless otherwise stated). Remaining Balance will be due at the time of service. * Retainer Fee does go towards you service. * Retainer fees can be sent through Payment Methods Listed Below: - CashApp: $AbsolutelyNikka (extra $3 fee) - Chime ($AbsolutelyNikka) - Apple Pay (ask for number) - PayPal * All retainer fees are Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable (NOTE: Non-Transferable- If you cancel or change your appointment, whether its later in the day or another day you are required to pay another deposit for that service.) **NO RETAINER = NO APPOINTMENT** Any questions feel free to reach out to me. ~ Please be on time to your schedule appointment. If you are 10 minutes late there will be a Non-Negotiable $15 late fee added to your total cost of service. If you are 20 minutes or more late to you schedule appointment, your appointment will than be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your service book. If your 50% payment cannot be charged you will be restricted from booking future services until paid. (Please refer to the No-Show/Cancellation Policy) * I also do understand that life happens, so COMMUNICATION is key. ~ Please no children or extra guest at your appointment. ~ Please Keep Cellphone usuage to a minimum to avoid prolonging the appointment. ~ Please also understand that I do take pride in my work, so I do take my time to achieve your desired perfection. Times could vary and could possibly take more time than what is listed. So please be aware of that when scheduling things after your appointments. PRESS- ONS Press-Ons are now available to order. EXTRAS: can include but are not limited to $5- per encapsulated nail $10- per 2 bling nails $5- Shape other than Square $15- soak off $5- for each colored acrylic $5- transfer Foils $15- for designs added to any set $5- Chrome/iridescent powders $8- Cut Down/reshape Shipping cost is $12 additional. Cancellation Policy
Absolutely Nikka's Nails is via Appointment Only, Therefore any last minute cancellations have a huge impact on my business. Due to the impact that cancellations cause you will be charge a 50% cancellation fee for any appointment not cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
No-Show appointments will prevent you from any future bookings. And will be charged 100% of service.
~ If the card on file is due to be charged for cancellations and has insufficient funds, you will have to pay at your next appointment.
